Fortunately, since we are a smaller firm, we frequently get to work with a new client when the business is just being born. There are many questions during this phase and we are familiar and comfortable giving those answers. Many of these “seed” clients have grown into very successful companies and we have remained as counsel to them throughout their business growth.
